Ryan helps business owners & entrepreneurs to do 3 things:

  • Ensure everyone is 100% on the same page with the vision.
  • Create a disciplined and accountable company, executing consistently. 
  • Create a healthy, functional, cohesive leadership team.

Ryan is a third-generation entrepreneur. In 2005, at the age of 26, taking the experiences he gained growing up in a family business, and service in the Marines, he started a construction management and real estate development company. Under his leadership, the company grew quickly. By 2010 the company was all across Michigan with projects and developments, he and his team were winning project awards and their entrepreneurial activities. They were the poster child for success. Internally things were different. He and his partner were beginning to pull the business in two different directions. They had ‘hit the ceiling’. They had people problems. Issues were piling up. Their processes were cumbersome and not embraced by staff. Meetings were unproductive. Ryan began looking for help. His accountant gave him the book Traction, with the advice to, “take it home tonight and read the whole thing immediately!”


Upon reading Traction, Ryan knew he found what the company needed to continue to grow and get healthy. EOS so impacted Ryan he began giving out the book Traction to many of his fellow entrepreneur friends, and business owners. He began teaching about EOS in informal settings and started to informally coach people who would read the Traction book he gave them and had issues that they needed help with in facilitating EOS. That is when Ryan had the realization, the role of EOS Implementer was hard-wired in his DNA. Helping introduce EOS to business owners, entrepreneurs and their leadership teams became his passion and his next entrepreneurial venture.


After the successful sale of his shares in the construction/development company he formed, Ryan now devotes himself to teaching, coaching, and facilitating EOS for business owners & entrepreneurs so that they can implement EOS in their companies and experience the freedom it brings.

How long is a typical engagement with an EOS Implementer?

A typical engagement with a EOS Implementer is 18 to 24 months and varies from client to client.  We typically meet 10+/-  times over that period of time. The goal of an EOS engagement is get the team 80+% strong in all Six Key Components of the EOS Model.  When your team achieves to 80+% strength in all Six Key Components and wants to graduate I consider it a time for celebration.   Are you ready to get your team to 80+% strong?

What industries use EOS?

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is used effectively in almost every industry.  Since EOS is a complete and straightforward human system, it will work in your business as long as you have people in it.

What investment is required to implement EOS?

The typical time investment is thirteen sessions over 27 months.

Every session fee is guaranteed, so if at any time you feel that you haven’t received value, you aren’t obligated to pay.


How much time is required from my team to implement EOS?
Initially, it will feel like EOS has added things for you and your team to do.  However, we are teaching you to be significantly more intentional with your time and it’s just the learning that makes it feel like more.


EOS is a world-class time management tool.  Ultimately, you and your team will be able to get much more done with a lot more focus.


You can expect to devote 90 minutes with your team weekly to EOS, reviewing your numbers, priorities, making sure your people are happy and solving your issues.


We meet for a full-day, 8-hour session, quarterly with your entire leadership team and 2-days annually.  During these full-day meetings, we are working on reviewing results, aligning your vision, setting new goals and solving issues.
How long will it take to start seeing results?
You will start seeing results almost right away implementing EOS.  Within your first 60 days of implementing with your EOS Implementer, you will have the five foundational tools in place.
  • Vision/Traction Organizer™ and your vision shared by your leadership team, 100% on the same page
  • The Accountability Chart, you will have your entire organization roles and responsibilities mapped out with all people issues clearly identified.
  • Rocks will be in place and be ready to be rolled out to the entire organization, driving more focus on the most important things in the business.
  • The Level 10 Meeting™ will be in place and will be making a big impact on the leadership team and the accountability within the organization.  Ultimately, you’ll be able to have fewer meetings.

The Scorecard will be in place and you’ll be running your business on the 5-15 numbers that drive your future P&L.
